    I have NOW tv's Fab Fibre broadband with a guaranteed minimum speed of 36mbps. Although they tell me repeatedly that the speeds they are getting are between 28 and 36 the fastest I have ever had coming into the house are 20 (and that only ever intermittently). The usual is between 2 and 18. Rubbish.

    Was looking for a flexible option for to my situation. Did not want to commit to 12/18/24 month contract. This provider seemed to be the solution. FabFibre £20 a month broadband only. Cash up front for installation and first month. Installer could not put router into living room. He had to install into a bedroom. Showed me good service at 36 Mbps. But... When you moved away from router the service dropped off to less than 12 Mbps sometimes as low as 5 Mbps. Customer service say promise delivered but as it was unusable we'll give you a tenner for your troubles. Didn't accept was going to cancel but with 1 week before Christmas was not ideal. Took the increased offer of £15 and bought a mesh booster system at £118. Beware promises delivered but not usable. Unless you can sit in your bedroom kitchen or wherever they deign to install.

    Within a couple of months of subscribing my monthly cost has increased 11%. You can't quit without a penalty but they can put the rice u when they feel like it. They've got you by the short 'n curlies, right?!

    I joined 1st July & am still waiting. I had 9 Open Reach engineers who kept coming to install inside, but there was a connection error so needed a dig outside to make my line Live. Plus 1st engineer signed the job as 'Done' hence my phone stopped and I was charged for 1st month though I not only had Nothing at all but they also lost the phone number I've had 50yrs! The NOW team told me "if you leave & rejoin we can change the Open Reach order" ... They lied! I left but they wouldnt let me rejoin due to 'Not having a live line'"?!! Talk about catch 22...You can't talk to Open Reach direct... You have to go via your provider... But I don't have a provider anymore!! Lack of communication with Open Reach and easiest way of getting rid of problem was by telling me to leave. I have had the fix outside but there is now another fault lower down the street but that won't get fixed cos I don't have a provider. No provider will take me on as "I don't have a Live line" I want to scream now. Both NOW & Open Reach are to blame... Ombudsman here I come!! Newspapers too!!

    Very very poor. 3 days after switchover day and still no landline or broadband. Poor customer service - pleasant staff but long delays getting through and staff unable to do anything (presume business modelled in this way - staff just there as a pretence). Reading reviews not optimistic about getting phone or BB service any way soon. My advice is go somewhere else - do not use Now.

    Avoid altogether. Customer service absolutely appalling and totally unfit for a company in the "communications" industry. Tel access only and that so lengthy they give you a choice of music while you wait !

    Absolutely tosh. Broadband drops out completely at least 4 times in the duration of watching a movie. Definitely go with some else.

    First time customer to Now Broadband. Have never experienced a Customer Service as shambolic. Since joining last month I’ve enjoyed less than 24 hours of Wi-Fi . Firstly was told an engineer would be dispatched to investigate if there was a problem outside. When that was discounted another appointment booked for an engineer to inspect inside my property. Issue was resolved and less than a day later the Wi-Fi stopped working. Was told an engineer would come today between 8am and 1pm. I phoned to confirm and was reassured. No engineer arrived. At no point have Now contacted me to advise as to why no one has arrived and when the fault will be fixed. Phoned three times today and spoke to three different people who told me three different accounts of what has happened. Still waiting in vain for someone to fix it. Apparently I’ve to wait in my property form 8an to 6pm in the hope that Now can arrange an engineer but you guessed it ….They can’t guarantee it. It seems they have no way of contacting their engineers and no way of tracking them. After 6pm I’ve to contact THEM and let them know if anyone came out to my property!! If you want reliable broadband with any kind of reasonable Customer Services avoid this company.

    An absolute disgrace of an organisation. Even though it is well publicised on the news that there is a postal strike, this company didn’t take it into account when sending out the new routers for new customers. Unwilling to help, Royal mail claimed that they haven’t even got the router and most of the stuff here are so rude it is untrue. Do not touch with a barge pole.

    Overall NOW TVs approach to customer service is we have your money now suffer.
    I should have known better as years ago I had used SKY and after 3 years left them when they displayed the same attitude. NOW TV seemed good idea for our holiday home.. result piss poor after sales service. Once they have you all they want is your money and more money.

    AVOID! The broadband is slow, the router is hopeless compared to the previous BT5 and customer service is slow and just fobs you off. A poor product and whilst BT wasn’t fantastic it was way better than NOW. A bad move!

    ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I tried to swap from ‘put your prices up Shell broadband to this NOW bunch of incompetents! A modem was sent to the wrong address and returned to the postman. Openreach attended but couldn’t fit the line as no modem. Told I’d get another modem - but a pure lie. Openreach to come again Tuesday without a modem and they cannot order another modem until line in! Customer Service - ZERO.

    Underhand tactics to rip you off.
    Receive an emails saying if you do nothing your bill will be 23.50 pm. Received a bill for 43 yet customer service have no interest what so ever in giving me my 20 back. Reporting them to financial ombudsman and ofcom

    If you're looking at NowTV broadband and you're thinking that it's just Sky with a different badge...think again.

    They have the worst customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with. If nothing at all goes wrong you might be fine, but if you need help with something you're going to suffer huge frustrations.

    For me, the issue was constant issues with my payment details. There is a fault on their system that meant they couldn't seem to keep the details on the account, they kept being wiped off. This resulted in harrassing emails telling me i was overdue payments and having my broadband cut off at one point.

    The crazy thing is, whenever they tried to take payments from my account they were able to with no problems what so ever, but for some reason their system just kept deleting my details.

    It's hard to explain in a short space of text how dissatisfied I have been with them, so I'll just leave it with this: 4 months into my contract I'm paying £125 to leave early. They're just not worth the ongoing frustrations.

    It's terrible. Just switched to Now broadband and it's absolutely awful. Really annoyed. Was with TalkTalk, which was great. Now is the absolute pits. Avoid at all costs.

    Was with Now on ADSL from May 2021. Phoned up in January when I saw a deal offered for Super Fibre at £2 extra and upgraded with no real problem. Customer services were helpful.
    Speed on both ADSL and fibre as expected.
    One 8 hour outage in 9 months.
    Overall happy with service.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
    I signed up to Now Broadband after seeing them on a comparison site. I wish I hadn't.
    I waited weeks for the broadband to be set up, and was then told an engineer needed to come out. First, the engineer turned up unannounced and didn't have the right ladder to set us up. The day after, another four engineers arrived and got us sorted.
    The internet was good for four days, until it was cut off. When I rang them, it turned out our order hadn't been placed properly, and I was told it would be sorted within 24 hours.
    I rang back a day later, and was told actually the whole order needed to be re placed, which would take a week (even though it worked fine one day before).
    This was supposed to happen on 27th July. When I phoned to confirm it today (26th), it turns out I'm now booked in for early August.
    So we're out of pocket, I'm spending half my life waiting for engineers or speaking with call centres, and still have no broadband to allow us to work from home.

    Shocking service, useless company, do not use.

    Worst customer service experience of my life. 3 weeks and still no broadband even after notifying them weeks in advance. Was assured that we would receive compensation but now being told that we are not eligible because we have switched to other provider (after they told us to order and cancel on 4 separate occasions). Avoid like the plague.

    I'm sorry to see all these bad reviews, but I'm very satisfied with Now Broadband. Previously I've had BT, Plusnet and Sky. Now are nice and inexpensive, I just have the cheapest service as I'm not too far from the exchange. It's just as fast as what I had with the others and fast enough for iplayer in HD. If you've got poor speeds and unreliability maybe it's your phone phone line. Also, yes, the router isn't good for Wifi but I use the one I had from Plusnet, changing the settings which can be found with an internet search. I get a deal with inclusive free mobile and landline phone calls but if this finishes I may move to a local fibre network.

    I applied for now broardband and paid £5 delivery and they cancelled the contract.i phoned them and waited nearly 30 mins and told a refund in 5 days.it never happened. I phoned up nearly 10 days later and spoke to a woman in India who was unhelpful and rude,raising her voice at me.eventully she said 40 to 45 days and I complained.she went away and then said 5 days.i don't believe her.i asked to speak to a manager and she said that's impossible.all I got verify your account.im glad I never went with now.customer service is terrible

    I had a contract for phone and broadband that was billed at £23.50 per month.
    I received an email reminder on the 2nd February 2024 that my contract was about to end saying it will continue at 23.50 per month if i do nothing:
    "Do nothing and continue with your existing membership for £23.50 a month".

    Further down the email it says:
    Keep what you have:
    From 03/03/2024 you will pay:
    £23.50 a month
    (No contract, keeps rolling unless cancelled, cancel anytime)
    Super Fibre
    63 Mbps Average Speed, Unlimited Downloads, includes Line Rental
    Anytime calls
    To choose this option you don't have to do a thing.

    However my bill for March was £46.50, an extra £23!
    I have called Now and was told that I should have scrolled to the end of the email for further details.. I was also told that the offer was no longer available and the new contract would be £33 per month.
    Misleading and deceitful communication. AVOID!

    Below average speed as advertised, just after I told them I was leaving when my contract was up I started to get intermittent drop outs in the evening, my account got cancelled so I had no access to bills or anything else then they hit me with a huge bill for over twice my monthly rate?? Why is that, never never never again will I ever go Sky or Now, absolute frauds

    NOW TV failed to turn up to install the Broadband, only to let me know they would not make the appointment after the appointment time.

    I have since cancelled the order, but I am now struggling to get a refund. Initially I was told they could not refund my credit and and had to send a cheque, which has never arrived. All of my follow up Emails have been ignored.

    I have now had to get the credit card company involved, to process the refund.

    I recently signed up to transfer my broadband and phone package to Now as my package with another company was near the end of the contract. I had a couple of concerns that I needed answering. I telephoned Customer Service a spoke to a lady called Veronica. She was courteous and listened to my concerns and because all the details were not displayed on my account she arranged to phone me the following day. Further investigations were needed and a she was on days off and an intervening weekend she phoned me on her return, as arranged and my issues were cleared up.
    Veronica provjded outstanding customer service and is caring and cheery in personality.
    She is a credit to the Company.
    Hopefully once my service begins it matches up to the consideration I have received to date.

    BY FAR THE WORST PROVIDER at the same address and with the same set up (router, gadgets, tv, console have been at the sam spots for 5 years!).

    I havens seem such poor service on anything. Literally. Ghe only reason i picked nowtv was the 12 months contract. If bt wasnt such a rubbish provider chucking 24 month contracts down peoples throats i wouldnt change but hey...
    Since i joined nowtv, never enjoyed stable internet, their poor router doesnt do the job at all, you cant replace it either because of some router option 61 or some sort of rubbish...as if it s such a magical super internet, everyone is in a queue to hack it...
    Movies are interrupted all the time, router needs reset every day, forget about ps4 or xbox...

    Took 2 weeks for the broadband to go live. Does not work as there is a fault somewhere that needs to be investigated by 'the team'. This will take another 48 to 72 hours. If I want to be compensated for no service I need to contact them again. No phone number available on their Web support although it states you can only contact them by phone. Say need photos of the installation before can do anything which takes yet more time. Truly awful service and cheap for a reason. Will switch to someone else while I still can. Be warned...

    Worst ever experience. Ordered broadband on 26 July 2023. All went well. NOW took £5 from me for the service to begin on 10th August. Nothing more was heard and router did not arrive. Tried contacting NOW on 8th August, but after hours on the phone could not get through. On checking my online account, I noticed that the contact had been cancelled. I had not cancelled it. Tried the phone again on 9th August and after about 30 minutes got through. The agent confirmed that my contact had been cancelled for some unknown reason. The agent could not explain the reasons. But I had not been told and money had been taken. This is diabolical incompetence and negligence. I will never buy broadband from this vendor.

    Worst level of service for new customers! signed up 2 times and they keep cancelling without any notification. Called about 4 times and every time staff are rude and unapologetic. Very disappointed but glad this happened now before I could join them.

    Used this website when looking for a new supplier and the reviews almost stopped me from going with NowTV - would really urge everyone to take these with a massive pinch of salt as people typically only leave reviews when they are upset! My experience so far (around 3 months) has been absolutely fine - customer service has been quick and helpful, the speed could be better but is absolutely sufficient for daily use even with loading videos/ movies/ streams!

    They never achieved connection for us. Never sent router. Repeated excuses. Finally managed to cancel - we thought. Now being told they connected us on the day we cancelled so we have to cancel again. As someone else here put it, I could not recommended them any less.

    NOW is staffed by completely incompetent people, I've been trying to take over/open a new account as my housemate has moved out, and every person I've spoken to says a different thing. I've wasted hours on the phone to these unprofessional clowns. It should be simple and straightforward but they can't be bothered to train their employees and seem to think people have nothing better to do than waste hours on the phone to them. The most painful unprofessional experience with a service provider.
