broadband speed very erratic some times very very slow and didn't have problem with previous supplier plusnet on speed not what promised. be careful when signing as i was miss lead on the 14 days cancellation policy.

Poor service from start to finish waited 6 weeks being told my provider was holding up the change over. In reality sse could not get their act together. Went to complaints team who could only advise that they could take my phone over but the the broadband would take another 20+ days. Customer service not good. Can't comment on broadband as the company is incapable of providing this service. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Nearly switched from Sky until Sky advised to look at Fibre Broadband connection charge which can be from £30 to £60 approx. It's in the small print. Naughty as I thought SSE was above that.

We wanted to get Broadband with SSE so when we called they said that some one would call us back that evening or the next day That never happened I think there customer service is very poor for trying to help get new customers. I did read that SSE customer serive was bad that is very true we won't be going with them

Terrible customer services. Imagine being on hold for 38 minutes listening to cap crooners.. no wonder people hang up and come here to write reviews.

Very very bad service we called to join and after a long wait we was told someone would call us the next day that never happened not good customer service if SSE want new customers as we have decided not to go wth them now

found this ultrafast service on google,at £21 total month3amly cost i thought its too good to be true! bt service terminated at 3am (38meg service supposedly,got much less),i plugged in new router and was running in 10 minutes,blistering speed 75.6dl/19.8ul, get it while its still available !

Well these guys are rude and can't behave and are obviously trying to get a one-up on customers. They have a "cooling-off" period where they expect you to chase them to install. Well I don't know where they got the idea they were so great but they aren't.
