    If you have just been transfered to Fleur, find a new supplier, Left me with no Broadband for a week after taking over from TenTel, and gave me £1.23 discount off my bill, now service keeps cutting out. When it was Tentel I was getting 3.52mbps download and 1.9mbps upload, checked speed with fleur and got 0.7 down and 0.2 up. service is terrible, customer care non existant, tried phoning to sort it out and spent 30 minutes listening to a ring tone... no answer, gave up in the end, Phoned BT and got the same deal over the phone for £24.99pm including line rental on an 18mnth contract. Price guaranteed for 18months. roll on 29th November when I'm back with BT.

    Changed from adsl to fibre broadband via cabinet.
    On adsl i had 6 devices all operating wirelessly slow but acceptable.
    Due to 3 teenage girls with their continous down & uploading i upgraded to fibre 38 meg.
    Now that's when it all went wrong as changeover date came & went with no internet available due to problems with server connectors & then put all the blame on me & left with no broadband.
    Got a phone call saying they'll have to send an openreach engineer costing
    me £170 to diagnose the problem & didn't even mention if it was an external fault i wouldn't be liable.
    No Intelligent Tech Support Available & Couldn't Care A Less.
    Another Talk Talk Reject Customer Left With This Lot.

    Worst customer experience I ever had in my life. Have had bad internet dropping in and out for about 6 months. Fleur always Said would refund once fixed, well they didn't so I eventually left. Now seems they won't refund as agreed. Having to open case with cedr to try and get back. Staff seem helpful but useless and lie. Avoid at all costs. Have proof from openreach back in January it was never fixed so not sure what there issue is. Been very stressful horrible company.

    Rang Fleur last week to report ongoing problem with broadband dropping out. They could not have been more unhelpful if they tried. I asked for an engineer to visit to rectify problem and was told the charge would be £170, which is an obscene amount of money. I understand it is to stop them being called out all the time for minor issue, great customer service!. When I threatened to cancel my contract with them they said it was up to me. No apology no trying to get me to stay with them so I'm in the process of leaving this awful company.

    So Bad, So Devious. Read and re-read the small print.

    We’d got used to a shoddy service.

    But their customer service is horrendous. When we were first chucked onto them by Talk Talk they were actually an improvement. But no longer.

    Trying to solve internet problems with them is like wading through treacle. They will waste your time and money, and will test your stress levels through consistently bad communication.

    I have never had the displeasure of using such an awful company before! My step-father, who is elderly, diabetic and prone to falls, had no phone-line for three weeks, following a storm. I was constantly told I they could not talk to me about his account, despite him not being able to talk to them to give permission as he had no phone!!! The internet signal is so pants that he can only just get a mobile signal if he stands in his front doorway and holds his phone 7 feet in the air! I had to travel a 40 mile round trip to pick him up and bring him to my house, simply so he could give them permission to speak to me! They then lied to me about Openreach coming. When they eventually came out (lovely guys), they could not do anything as they needed to gain access to the property and Fleur Telecom had not informed me I needed to agree to their terms and conditions! Fleur then told me I would be fined if Openreach could not gain access!
    Do not use this company - they are an absolute joke. They have total disregard for the elderly and vulnerable and their broadband/mobile is worse than rubbish.

    Most o'r all of those ratings don't deserve a single star,and I still don't know when a faster internet speed will be available after two years of complaining,Fleur Telecom is my ISP but I rent the line from BT,and they just keep blaming each other for my misery,useless

    Terrible company. Was transferred to them after they bought TenTel. Rude aggressive staff who have no interest in solving problems they've created. We had no internet for days and when we asked for the details on how to complain they refused to give them!

    At taking money, a highly efficient company. At answering the customer phone line, very poor. At charging for non existent items, very quick and expensive. I would only recommend this company to enemies.

    Tried to cancel my contract. They would only accept complaints by email or letter. Apparently a phone call odes not count as a complaint! They would not let me speak to the complaints dept. It has taken three long calls and three months to close my contract and its still not done. Avoid like the plague

    Diabolical. That's the only word to describe this so called broadband provider. Customer service is rude, loss of connection which was never resolved and to top it off they referred me to a debt collection agency for £20. My advice, stay away from this sham of a company.

    worst customer service I've ever been subjected too. 2 hours on the phone trying to fix a fault. 3 weeks with no internet which i'm still expected to pay for. Downright rude and condesending supervisor. AVOID !

    Fine till you need help 14 days without internet and not letting me know whslat is happening i have to call every day horrible horrible customer service and still nothing i am a pensioner and the stress has been awful there manager lied to me as well said openreach were fixing it and i would be his first call next day .he has never been back in touch liar and still no internet eh mr david

    The worst service provider I have ever used. Incredibly poor speeds and customer service staff who are rude and have no interest in addressing your problem. Literally nothing good to say about Fleur Telecom and will be moving provider ASAP.

    Only required broadband had by line and calls package then fluer telecom decided to to charge me for calls and line rental which I never agreed to ripping of customers service is rubbish I am now going through of com to complain about this company stay well clear of them don’t give them your money there rip you of

    Now 18 days without broadband through no fault of my own. I'm a existing customer approached by fleur to upgrade to FTTC & although I voiced my concerns over this service due to the distance from cabinet to my property they assured me with faster broadband speeds.
    After 2 weeks of numerous phone calls including an engineer visit they finally come to the conclusion that fibre was not achievable.
    Recommended distance from the cabinet is no more than 800m & my wire distance was 2.5k!!
    Now have to go back to ADSL & god knows how much longer that will take.
    Terrible service but a small company with no clout. I could have been up & running quicker with a new ISP who cares!!!!
