Slow speed

I am with Plusnet...My current d.load speed is 85kbps..I have raised this with Plusnet
but they are not able to help..I have tried with 2 routers and get the same result..I have reformatted the hdd to ensure I have no virus bought new filters and router cables called
in a telecoms engineer to check the line and still no joy..Any other suggestions welcome..
I do not really want to leave Plusnet as I have had very good service in the past but
present difficulties might cause a change...
