I've just moved into a houseshare, and we're making the internet wireless for us all... apparently the virgin broadband is active and i have all DNS info.
The WAN is great, but we have "no connection" on the internet - can someone please explain how to set up virgin broadband if they have already - and please, like they would a child - i'm really stuck!!! all this dynamic and pppoe and mac addresses and stuff confuses me, i reeeally need some help!!! Thank you!!! Chris |

Hello,
I am having a similar problem. I am with Virgin Media and have a Sitecom router. My notebook adaptor is working fine and my router seems to be working. However, I do not seem to be getting a connection. The WLAN button on my router flashes amber - no connection. How do I sort this out? I don't think VM are going to be of much help, since the internet connection seems to work just fine when I the usb is connected from the modem to my laptop. |
