Default Not able to send e mails using outlook express using business broadband

How do I get outlook express to access my orange server to allow outgoing e mails?

It's all down to your settings. you should have incoming mails as pop3.orange.net and outgoing as smtp.orange.net.
you also need to use the username and password that you would normally use to access your orange e-mail.
there are some help pages from orange that should tell you how to set it up.

I have just joined Postoffice broadband, I was using dial up service from onetel, How do I send/recieve mail? at the moment I can do neither/

What email programme (email handler) are you using? Or, are you referring to a PO email address such as xxxxxx@mypostoffice.co.uk?
