Default Non LLU options

Hello there
I am currently with Orange and, although i have never had any real beef with the service (although it has been a bit slower recently), I have taken the huff at their intention to hike the price up from £12.58 to £19.99 and so am on the hunt for a new supplier with unlimited downloads (two teenagers to feed).
There seems to be some fantastic offers until i provide my phone number and then it all falls apart, postcode IV9 8RW.
Best option seems to be O2 with the discount for having their mobile but they claim i would only get 0.5Meg on their access package although current speed tests with the Orange setup gives me 0.9, are O2 just being cautious?
Also when i phoned O2 and they checked my number they said they would be reluctant to give me their service atall?
Thoughts and advice most welcome
