suggestions for broadband/phone/tv in W2

Recently moved into apt in Little Venice. Sky have told us that we must have another tenant in building willing to sign up to get their broadband. we dont have any other tenants. All we want is fast broadband, tv channels and if we have to have it, a phone. We usually use our mobiles so dont really need a landline. Can anyone suggest the best provider ? Thanks.
