Help I Need A Faster Broadband

Hi I live at BS24 7FB in Weston and I am having trouble with the speed of my broadband. I am currently with sky but most of the time i cannot even get connection and when I can it is slower than a tortoise. I have looked at other suppliers like 02 but they said they can not supplier me as I am too far from the exchange. so please are there any neigbours with a fast broadband let me know which supplier is best for our area.

Your postcode doesn't suggest that you live that far from the exchange, I'm surprised that O2 didn't take you.

Do a or google for "bell wire fix" or see a ref at Faster Broadband given you close to the exchange the problem might be your own wiring!

If you have the standard BT socket, the i-Plate (under £10 from Broadbandbuyer) might do the trick. Here in deepest Wales my download speed improved from 1.5 mbps to just under 4mbps after attaching this simple bit ok kit.
