Smile leaving AOL (holding my breath !!!)

I've been with AOL for over Seven years as a dial up then a broadband customer, and had been satisfied,
until last week, i got home from my holiday, and needed to transfer money (as you do) and guess what ?
Aol's google search said that my bank's website didn't exist !!! shock horror ! Nationwide are quite well known after all, when i got over the initial shock i realise that AOL have a problem..... Many many calls to someone, several someones actually from somwhere in the Punjab NO solution was available??? as their account is paid from this Bank they should have been a bit more intrested.
But they weren't, I had to sweat blood before finally upgrading to 'VR' , I worked it out with a friend who also uses (used) AOL, their Tech ... support is **** !
Not only that but their system is 'bogged down' with animated advertising which slows their response times and fills my PC with treacle (thats what it seems like anyhow) SO !!
MAC code recieved.... signed on the dotted line with.......... Tiscali....... are they any Good ??

Did you try and just use your webbrowser to go to nationwide direct?

Tiscali, seem to be like marmite, you either love them or hate them! Have you thought about going with someone with no minimum term contract like Plusnet or Be? At least if they suck u can then move on easily.
