Ripped of by BT who next?

I have been paying £30 a month for BTs total broadband, the service has been terrible, poor speed since last year and no matter how many times i complain they do nothing, I have now been told that they have put a line speed limit on my account for 2 months due to "fair use" no email or letter or call warning about this.

Who is offering a real unlimited broadband service in the UK that does at least the "up to 8meg" speed?
