Default Think before using BT

I have been having terrible trouble with BT as my broad band provider who I also use for my land line telephone.

It all stared with my phone going faulty with no dial tone. I had to phone daily for 12 days to get them to address the issuewith the phone. They finally fixed the phone claiming that the broadband was causing the issue. So they broke the broad band. This was on the the 18th of March. Its now 11th April and, I am still tring to get them to restore my broad band service. This has involved lengthy phone converstions and claims of line tests but still no conectivity. I have escalated to the Complaints section but still nothing.

I thinking moving to TalkTalk for both telephone and broad band. Anyone have and comments to offer on the service they provide.

Yours,

S.

Why not take a look in our Talk Talk broadband Forums.

With BT it sounds more like the problem is with BT Wholesale rather than BT Broadband. They operate as separate entities due to competition regulations.
