Red face Shared use

I am about to rent rooms to students in my area. there may be as many as 5 sharing the premises at anyone time. Can you advise me about which would be the best deal for a broadband that can cope with their needs, but no phone facility as I do not wish to find they have accumulated enormous phone bills and left me holding the baby! Area is OX3

There are no fixed line broadband suppliers that supply broadband without you having to have an active phone line. When you say you are renting the house do you mean that you are the owner of the house and you will be letting the house out, or are you a tenant in the house?

When I was a student we just got our own phone line and broadband installed and then paid up and cancelled the contract when we left.

As far as I know there is no "wires only" broadband services available in the UK.
