Default Can i ditch BT?.. into a giant volcano and put an end to all these cowboy shizzlestik

hi everyone first off this may sound a tad dodgy to some but i will probably burn in hell anyways.

Ok i was with the fantastic virgin broadband for 5 years at my previous address then i moved to a new area and found i couldnt get virgin where i lived. I STUPIDLY went with BT aaarrrgggghhhhhhh **%^$@#%^&**&%#%...@$#%&%#$&**&^ as i say to myself...now

so BT are the worst bunch of cowboys blah blah i have switched my line rental to toucan(very nice job)
so all thats left is the bt broadband which i plan to ditch and cancel my direct debit with them and as this is happening i plan to already jump ship back to virgin non cable at 17,99..... ahoy sailor bwoy!!

apparantly, all i need is my phone number to do this which BT provided me with at 124.99(great stuff eh)
however virgin have something with is a migration code i have to ask BT for but then they might have figured my grand plan(bummer)
the burning question is can i sign with virgin now whilst still with BT, get all the pack and **** in the post from them set it up ..apart from the main wire!
then say..by de bye BT (your history) and press that button go - too doo over to virgin?!!! wahey!

it would save a lot of hassle(and cash mainly)

i'm probably gonna do it anyway but would like to hear what others think, and if your a BT representative im so sorry i'll never do it again please forgive me for what im about to not do ever even in the 1st place im high dunno wat im sayin honest,
and if this run by BT well i cuff me now u stinkers!

cheers

You won't be able to sign up to Virgin until you have obtained your MAC code from BT, or you have cancelled you BT contract and the service has been removed from your line.

BT are obliged by Ofcom to provide you with a MAC code withing 5 days of requesting it if your minimum term contract is up.
