02 Broadband or BE Broadband?

Im currently trying to find a broadband provider that provides unlimited download and a good price. I have narrowed it down to 02 and BE but now Im not sure which to choose. 02 bought BE and BE provides 02 with their service....but which is the better one to go for!?!?!?! Can anyone recommend one to me, or tell me which is best to pick....after all I have to have their service for a year before I choose again if I have to!

I've been with 02 (non-LLU) for over a year now and until recently I'd have recommended them wholeheartedly.
However, for the last few weeks we've been getting appalling line speeds at peak times. During the day we usually get between 5 and 6 Mb, but by six in the evening this will have dropped to below 0.5 Mb!
AFAIK it's a country-wide issue.
I just think O2 have taken on more customers than their infrastructure can support, and until they sort out this problem, I'd steer well clear.
