Lightbulb Can i make and receive calls with mobile broadband?

I'm interested in getting this internet sim card, i am about to buy one of those laptops that comes with the sim card port for internet but i do wanna use it to make and receive call as in the mobile phone, so basic turning my laptop into a big mobile phone, i know i can use txt messages through it but what about calls?

I don't believe any mobile broadband provider offers voice with their mobile broadband SIMs. The closest you're likely to get is Skype/VOIP but many providers limit the use of voice over IP protocols, at least for mobile broadband through a mobile phone. 3 definitely offer Skype usage though, however the latency issues with mobile broadband mean you're unlikely to get a high quality experience from VOIP.
