Virgin Media 50Mbps broadband trial

We've heard today that Virgin Media are beginning a trial in Ashford, Folkestone and Dover of 50Mbps broadband.

This is incredibly fast compared to most UK broadband, however those lucky enough to be accepted on the trial will have to pay £47 a month which is £10 a month more than the normal top 20Mbps speed deal.

The trial will last until the end of the year.

We would love to hear from anyone on the trial to see if broadband at that speed is worth the extra cash!
