    Having had five price increases off Talktalk in eighting months I found a much better deal.When I phoned Talktalk to cancel,with them what they would do is cut me off each time arfter phoning six times i got someone to talk to me.To me they are a terrible company to treat someone like that.

    The worst WIFI company, paying $50 a month just to not even be able to use my wifi properly. Anyone thinking to choose TalkTalk will be the biggest mistake. They scam people and beg them even face to face to choose their services LOL NEVER CHOOSE THIS BS COMPANY.

    Internet connection issue
    The internet stopped working. They weren't able to find the issue and after 5 days they booked an engineer. After the engineer checked the line he told me and I quote " Your line has been CEASED by mistake. Your provider needs to UNCEASE your circuit and switch it back "
    After chatting with 6 people on talktalk customer service and 6 different departments they were unable to find the issue.

    They refuse to send me a deadlock letter or to confirm talktalk is a CISAS member.

    Worst customer service, worst ISP. If I could rate 0 stars I will do it.

    Ofcom reported, next will be CISAS.

    This issue was first reported on 21.09.23 and still not resolved.

    Talktalk keeps billing me without providing service, still delaying to send a deadlock letter or cancel the contract without exit fee.

    AVOID talktalk.

    Had four separate issues with talk talk where I have lost connection or had no speed. This one been going on for two weeks. For this one alone I have spent hours on their chat and telephone trying to sort out and get an engineer from outreach to attend. 2 weeks without broadband. They are unhelpful and and on the chat is the worst as they ask the same questions over and over again. It takes at least 45 minutes then they say I run a test.

    My elderly mum was being pestered by talk talk to upgrade to full fiber broadband. After refusing to do so, they cancelled her contact without informing her, no email confirmation, text or letter. After speaking in the phone, I asked to speak to compliants, then once through to them I was put on hold and promptly disconnected. No even a call back. This is what you get from talk talk, please be aware there customer care after you've singed up will leave you exasperated and perplexed. Call center based abroad doesn't help. Stay well clear, you'll only be disappointed.

    Bad all around, communication with robot on chat is entertaining . Moved in new house given 4 weeks notice when i need broadband . Guess what i got broad band 8 weeks later. Unreliable , not keeping promise and now my broadband connection just breaks up every 24 h .

    Had a fault and they were so opaque and reactive in their communication. Indicated I would get compensation 30 days after the problem was fixed but was then told I wasn't eligible. Awful company!

    Probably the worst customer experience with TalkTalk - I was on their chat for almost 8 hrs - I was on a call for almost 2 hrs

    They just pass me around and not helping - they left us without broadband

    0/10 service - I'm still trying to cancel but they have to call you back - you can't call them - this is a scam people, stay away from TalkTalk

    Prepare for your life to become a living hell if you take out a full fibre installation, missed appointments lost routers faulty equipment, customer services no knowledge technical skills or desire to solve customers problems,you will waste hours and days of your life,waiting for untrained so called engineers to come who don't bother,spend hours on the phone texting live chat being misled and lied to,if you dont want internet connection for weeks on end then join talktalk
