    I use this company for my broadband because the only other options are a business park provider, which is expensive, or mobile tethering. Openreach and Virgin are both unavailable. This means this company has something of a monopoly in the area.

    The broadband speeds are, in my opinion, mis-sold. Advertised speeds are what they refer to as the "burst speed", for "browsing the web". In what way does that benefit a consumer? How often does "browsing the web" require the full capacity of the connection? Do you know what does require the full capacity of the connection? Downloads. So, if you decide to download anything, you will NEVER get the advertised maximum connection speed. You will be throttled and you will GET ONLY HALF. Imagine paying for 100Mbps and only getting a sustained 50Mbps. Rip off.

    It's 2024 and this company still thinks it's acceptable to throttle its users and deliver half the advertised speed. Numerous other providers have abandoned traffic management and misleading advertising, as it's bad for customers.

    Thankfully Openreach are now coming to the area, so this company will be dumped.

    Sadly, our broadband connection isn't very useful. It cuts out very regularly every day about three or four times, on a good day. I have been through the issue with the lovely customer service and it is where I live.

    Very good value broadband, I get exactly the speeds that I pay for. It has also been reliable; the couple of times I have had issues have been resolved quickly using their ticketing service. I have recently had Fibre become available in my area, but the price doesn't beat the value I get using ineedbroadband.

    Living in the middle of a field half a mile from the road I’ve always struggled for decent broadband speeds. The guys came to fit it yesterday and were fantastic, very professional and polite. We now have the speeds we were quoted and three times more than we’ve had before! So far so good and highly recommended

    I would like to share my experience with this provider. They are extremely unhelpful and want to just charge money at every opportunity. And the internet they provide well is a disgrace. I pay £30 a month for yo to 10mb when every day I get about 1mb of speed, the internet constantly drops off with a slight breeze, I honestly wouldn't use them if you was think too. I get better internet with my 4g phone signal. Shocking customer service, and shocking internet. DO NOT USE.

    If I could give a minus 5* I would! Broadband hit and miss, speeds always much slower than we pay for, but most infuriating is the non existent back up service! They will do anything to avoid sending an engineer, it's like getting blood from a stone. Unprofessional and un-caring.....take your money but can't give the service they promise... AVOID!

    Pathetically slow connection speeds. Never had the advertised upload or download speeds I have been paying for. Service improves slightly after complaining to them, but after a few days normal shocking service resumes. 0.85 mbps when I am supposed to receive 20mbps is dire. No customer service to speak of. Shocking provider.

    Cannot say anything about the broadband connection as such, but the service is rather "unresponsive".
    I sent two requests for availability in my area. First time I had to ask whether they were even working on my request, second time there was no response whatsoever. The ticket just expired.
    If there was no availability in my area, I would have appreciated to be informed about this – that would have been professional.

    Professional from the start, I was unsure what package would suit my needs and after long chat with customer services we came up with a package that would suit me and my family, I went for the 20Mbps package, I get a solid 20Mbps day and night and a 4Mbps upload, I was told that I could upgrade or down grade my package for free at any time. The engineers did a stunning job, listening to me moan on as I was very conscious of the cable run on my newly cladded house (well hidden lads) My next-door neighbour joined the same service and they even gave me a free month for recommending him.

    I get 15+% packet loss and frequent disconnections every other min because of a slight wind. If there was a strong wind (worked fine when Storm Emma rolled past), I'd be fine, but no, slight wind today, so my internet has to be super bad because #logic.
    It wasn't even windy yesterday and it was bad... And the day before etc.
    If you're in the middle of nowhere, this is a great connection for say web-browsing and non-critical work, if you want to play twitch-based games or are trying to have a conversation with a customer/trying to work, in a slight-wind, its rubbish.

    The fitters were very good. Unfortunately I have so many buffering problems on smart iptv. Generally the customer service from Ineedbroadband is surly and dismissive. BUT, I am getting better broadband speeds than BT (not difficult. Overall a disappointing experience

    Generally delighted to be able to have normal broadband in a rural location. It took 6 months of persuading them to move the original install - leaves grew which not their fault but fighting to fix is. Customer service is OK, on site engineers were great, price is extremely competitive for 30mbps download. Upload on my domestic package is a bit a variable. Recently gets a bit flakey when a lot of local traffic but all in all - so much better than the steam powered BT exchange 2.5 miles away.

    Customer service so far has been very good and helpful, with great communications on ordering and the installation was very neat and fast.

    Early days but speed is fantastic - 29+Mbps.(I'm on the 30Mbps service) much better that the sub 2Mbps as exchange only line with BT.
