    Air and started out with a fantastic product,
    Unfortunately they have grown to big and can not service there client base,
    If only I could get a decent internet connection else where we would be gone like a shot.

    Really bad customer service, the broadband drops a lot. Was advised to buy a booster although the broadband is supposed to be the most up to date technology. Asked to up grade and have been ignored for over two weeks. Broadband has broken once in the last month this lasted for a day before being fixed.

    Tried many times to get air broadband but keep getting told they are not in my area yet, even though i told them the two houses right next to me have had it for the past year they still insist it isn't in my area. Pathetic doesn't describe them.

    This is the worst broadband I have ever signed to. The phone number given doesn't even work. Nobody replies emails. I have been without connection for 3 weeks. There are just a scam

    THE worst internet provider! Zero reply to emails, phones keep saying they are busy (called every day for nearly a week) even raised a formal complaint with a 3rd party. We have been trying to cancel our internet and heard nothing - avoid at all costs! Zero stars from us!

    terrible broadband connection keeps dropping while they just put up there price from 35€ to 70€ never go back to them
