See I'm getting 50MB from virgin, it's not throttled, it's a little expensive but I'm paying for the service, and I'm happy with my speeds!

Customer services and technical support are a little uneducated but they still gave me a new router free of charge when my other one packed itself in!

They occasionally try and sell me some TV packages, but I'm sticking to SKY HD for that one! (As the TV packages are expensive!)

As for the broadband, i've never once been able to complain about the speed/service!
