They must be the worst provider, call centre staff after 'normal' working hours can't fix your broadband problem - they usually end up telling you "it must be your laptop!!"
One Virgin engineer connected someone across the street, disconnecting us for 3 days in the process. We moved house talking Virgin with us, installed cable etc everything working fine, they left 1/2 hour later everything down, stayed that way for another 3 days, even after speaking to over six different people.
In less than seven days our broadband & phone has been off twice for over 12 hours each time, the last time was yesterday at 8.30 a.m. Internet back at 8.30 today; phone line still off.
But the good news, finally spoke to the most 'sensible' person ever this weekend; and am now on my 30 day notice without having to pay the 'penalty' for ending my contract. Can't wait!!
