I also have unresolved trouble with email - can't use the webmail service at all. The 'helpline' (sic) tells me that it is an unresolved problem and they have no idea when it might be resolved. When I said that this was not very satisfactory the man said that I shouldn't worry because I wasn't paying for it, it is a 'free service' offered by the Post Office. Are we on the same planet!?
