Been with virgin for around 3 years now and in the last 2-3 months the throttling on my connection has made online gaming impossible, 75% reduction on speed as soon as I try connecting. After telephoning them they responded with "we know about it but aren't changing our policy" Ordered my mac code and will be gone asap.
