Thanks for replying to my post. I still can't access their web-mail but I have added my two PO email addresses to my mail handler (Thunderbird) and they work! I don't use them though but it is nevertheless annoying that they can't deliver and, as you say, their service is atrocious. Next time you ring them use their free number: 0800 092 0514, at least it won't cost you but they will mess you around. They always end up saying "we'll come back to you" but they never do. The other way to get some kind of response is to write them a letter (not emails) to their address in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne FAO their Director of Telephony, you might then get lucky. At the moment, I am in the process of sorting out their last invoice which is sky high and unjustified. Can't wait to go elsewhere as soon as I am out of contract unless, of course, their service improves. They must be inundated with complaints and they can't cope. Download speeds are not bad (6 meg) and the telephone works OK.
