i have been in discussions with toucan since mid september about slow speeds
in the evening it averages around 25kbps.
i wanted to look at the youtube video but the connection is so slow i lost interest
i cannot believe i was guillable to take a pathetic service from toucan, there is no point calling the halfwits in india, or calling customer services because all they do is promise a call back which never materialises.
today im sending a registered letter to each director & see what becomes of that
