3 months of sub 100kbps speeds on my 2MB connection and I've had it with Toucan.
They charge premium rates for technical support based in India
with people who cant help and deliberately prolong the calls.
Their debt recovery makes rabid hyenas look like ideal dinner companions.
Even after I had a direct debit set up, they threatened to disconnect my service.
Then when I leave them before they get the chance they add a disconnection charge!
